Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless payment arrangements have been made in advance. We offer affordable payment plans to our patients to facilitate recurring care. We also accept cash, checks and major credit cards for your convenience.
As a courtesy, we will bill an insurance company or Medicare for Personal Injury, Workmen's Compensation or Medicare patients if we're provided with the necessary information. We will do our utmost to secure payment from these sources of payment. However, we have found that in some instances, insurance companies or Medicare will deny or reduce payment despite our best efforts to demonstrate necessity for care. In the event that full payment is not made for any reason by your insurance company, you must understand that you are still responsible to make payment in full for the remaining balance.
It is important t communicate any financial problems as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately to discuss a mutually agreeable payment plan.
